✅ Return Policy

  1. Eligible Products for Return

    • Wrong product delivered

    • Damaged or defective product received

    • Expired item delivered

    • Product missing from the order

  2. Non-Returnable Products

    • Perishable goods (Fruits, Vegetables, Dairy, Meat, Bakery items) once delivered in good condition

    • Personal care, hygiene & food items (due to safety reasons)

  3. Return Request Timeline

    • You must raise a return request within 24 hours of delivery.

    • After 24 hours, returns will not be accepted.


💰 Refund Policy

  1. Mode of Refund

    • Refund will be processed to your original payment method (Online payment).

    • For Cash on Delivery (COD), refund will be credited as Siswar Bazar Wallet Balance / Coupon Code for your next order.

  2. Refund Timeline

    • Refunds are usually processed within 5–7 working days after product verification.


🔄 Exchange Policy

  • In case of damaged or wrong product delivery, we can also replace the product at no extra cost (if stock is available).

  • If replacement is not possible, refund will be initiated.
